Digital Campaigns Director - Fundraising

We are seeking a full-time Digital Campaigns Director to help build out Blueprint Interactive’s quickly growing email fundraising practice. The Director would be responsible for leading internal teams for email fundraising clients, with a focus on testing innovated tactics that improve results. The director would also be a key player in assisting our accounts and development teams with our internal email infrastructure buildout.

You’re a great fit if you love working with technology and creative, have strong writing and analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, lead teams effectively and manage clients.   • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • At least 4 years of experience with political campaigns, nonprofits or digital marketing firms
  • Experience running email fundraising programs, including both content writing and production
  • Experience using ActBlue along with CRMs including, but not limited to, NGP, BSD, Silver Pop, Action Kit, and Action Network
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Client management experience is a plus

Digital Campaigns Associate

Blueprint is hiring a Digital Campaigns Associate to join our team through November 2020. We're looking for a bright, analytic mind who thinks critically and takes initiative to anticipate and solve problems.

We work on behalf of our clients to defend access to women’s health, the environment, and other progressive issues. If you are a curious, collaborative person and passionate about wanting to drive real change, Blueprint is the right place for you.

As a part of our team, you’d:

  • Work with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that help them reach those goals.
  • Partner with designers, analysts, and developers—really the whole team—to coordinate on digital advertising campaigns, website development, and other projects.
  • Set up, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and more.

You’d be a great fit if you have:

  • An interest in learning new things. The digital world is constantly changing so we frequently test new strategies and tactics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications field: running campaigns, launching websites, or managing email marketing programs.
  • Working knowledge of digital platforms, like Facebook / Instagram ads, MailChimp, NGP, and Google AdWords.
  • Facility and comfort with data, analytics, and optimization approaches.
  • Superior organization and time management skills.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons.

Graphic Design Intern

We’re looking for creative, self-motivated college students to participate in our part-time or full-time paid fall internship program. This is an opportunity to be a crucial part of our team in this hands-on position by:

  • Designing ads, email graphics, social media graphics and more
  • Creating various marketing materials for Blueprint
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creating quality deliverables in a high pressure, fast-paced work environment
  • Communicating and collaborating with a team

This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student with a focus in Graphic Design or Art. You might be a good fit if you’re:

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Familiar with current design trends
  • Interested in progressive politics

Digital Campaigns Intern

We’re looking for self-motivated college students or recent graduates to participate in our part-time, paid fall internship program. This is an opportunity to be a key member of our team in this hands-on position, including:

  • Drafting and editing outbound email and ad copy
  • Creating and updating campaign reports
  • Helping with the development of ad creative
  • Performing background research
  • Assisting with client services

If you’re eager to learn, want to work in a creative, friendly environment and enjoy collaborating on interesting projects, you may be the right candidate!

This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student to learn valuable skills in marketing and politics.

All candidates should have experience writing compelling copy, a keen eye for proofreading, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
