Digital Advertising Campaign Manager- Cycle Position

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Campaign Manager to join us through the 2024 Election Cycle. 

We’re a growing company and want someone who can grow with us. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their digital career and wants to collaborate and learn in a fun environment for clients who are working to make the world a better place.

The application will remain open until 5/03, and interviews will take place from 4/8 to 4/19. The expected start date of this position is early May. 

 

As a part of our team you would: 

  • Be the day-to-day contact for and work with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that help them reach those goals.

  • Partner with the team to lead and coordinate on digital advertising, website development, digital organizing, and other projects.

  • Set up, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, and more.

 

You’d be a great fit if you have:  

  • An interest in learning new things. The digital world is constantly changing so we frequently test new strategies and tactics.

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing: running campaigns, launching websites, or managing email marketing programs.

  • Proficient knowledge of digital platforms, like Facebook / Instagram ads, and Google Search.

  • Excellent communications skills, including creative writing and client communications. 

  • Worked with Excel/Google Sheets in and out and are very comfortable working with large amounts of data to find insight.

  • Superior organization and time management skills.

  • Extraordinary attention to detail.

  • Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons.

Salary & Benefits 

The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year and a commission on any new clients you bring to the firm; 10% of gross profits. In order to counter pay inequality and uphold internal parity, salaries are non-negotiable.
