Digital Advertising Campaigns Manager

Blueprint is hiring a Digital Ads Campaigns Manager to join our team. We're looking for an effective strategist who can develop and lead digital ad campaigns (mobile, social, and landing pages / websites).
We work on behalf of our clients to elect democratic candidates, defend access to women’s health, the environment, and other progressive issues. If you are a curious, collaborative person and want to help us drive real change, Blueprint is the right place for you.
As a part of our team, you’d:

Be the day-to-day contact for and work with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that help them reach those goals.

Partner with the team to lead and coordinate on digital advertising, website development, digital organizing, and other projects.

Set up, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, and more.
You’d be a great fit if you have:

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing: running campaigns, launching websites, or managing email marketing programs.

Proficient knowledge of digital platforms, like Facebook / Instagram ads, and Google Search.

An interest in learning new things. The digital world is constantly changing so we frequently test new strategies or tactics.

Excellent communications skills, including creative writing and client communications.

Worked with Excel/Google Sheets in and out and are very comfortable working with large amounts of data to find insight.

Superior organization and time management skills.

Extraordinary attention to detail.

Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons.
COMPENSATION
The salary for this position is $60k-$70k per year plus a generous profit sharing agreement and commission on any new clients you bring to the firm.
