Digital Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a full-time Digital Campaigns Manager to develop and manage integrated marketing, fundraising and communications strategies for our growing client base, with a particular focus on email campaigns.

You will be a great fit if you love politics, working with technology and creative, have strong writing and analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, can lead teams effectively and manage clients. You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong writing and analytical skills

  • At least 3-4 years of experience with political campaigns, nonprofits or digital marketing companies

  • Experience with email marketing, including strategy, execution and optimization

  • Background in digital communications, fundraising and/or marketing

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

  • Experience building and sending HTML emails, including testing across browsers, platforms and devices for all deployments.

  • Client management experience is a plus

  • Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes, we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons.

  • An interest in learning new things. The digital world is constantly changing, so we frequently test new strategies or tactics.

  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work.

 

COMPENSATION

The salary for this position is $60k-$70k per year plus a generous profit sharing agreement.
