Digital Campaigns Manager II

We are seeking a full-time Digital Campaigns Manager to develop and manage integrated marketing, fundraising and communications strategies for our growing client base, with a particular focus on ad campaigns.

You will be a great fit if you love politics, working with technology and creative, have strong writing and analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, can lead teams effectively and manage clients. As a part of our team, you’d:

  • Be the day-to-day contact for and work with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that help them reach those goals.

  • Partner with the team to lead and coordinate on digital advertising, social media, website development, and other projects.

  • Set up, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and more.

 

You’d be a great fit if you have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing: running ad or social media campaigns, launching websites, or managing email marketing programs.

  • Proficient knowledge of digital platforms, like Facebook / Instagram ads, NGP / EveryAction, and Google AdWords.

  • Experience with Excel in and out and are very comfortable working with large amounts of data to find insights.

  • Superior organization and time management skills.

  • Extraordinary attention to detail.

  • Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons.

  • An interest in learning new things. The digital world is constantly changing, so we frequently test new strategies or tactics.

  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work.

 

COMPENSATION

The salary for this position is $60k-$70k per year plus a generous profit sharing agreement.
