She is a recent graduate of Towson University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
Makayla has always been passionate about industrial and workplace psychology, which led her to pursue a career in human resources and operations. She enjoys being a problem solver and a resource for her colleagues while fostering a healthy working environment.
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, making playlists, crocheting, and cooking.
