Razi brings a diverse background and a passion for creativity to the team. Originally from Karachi, Pakistan, Razi moved to the United States in 2017. He studied Psychology and Cognitive Science at Rutgers University, specializing in decision-making.
During his time at Rutgers, Razi gained valuable practical experience in research and design. He contributed to psychology research at RAMP, ABUSA, and REHAB labs. Before joining Blueprint, he led the design efforts for Rutgers University to rebuild an in-house Learning Management System from the ground up.
His unique blend of expertise in human psychology and design allows him to approach challenges with a deep understanding of user behavior and perception. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, Razi's work extends beyond the professional sphere, blending aesthetics with functionality to create memorable and impactful designs.
Outside of work, he serves as the Marketing Chair for MIST NJ, a non-profit organization. He is also a semi-professional photographer, observing the world around him and showcasing his creative vision. With a passion for good design practices, he continues to push boundaries and drive innovation in the field of UX and design at Blueprint Interactive.
