Geoff Mackler is a Partner at Blueprint Interactive, where he shapes high-impact digital strategy and builds engagement programs that turn passive audiences into motivated advocates.

Before joining Blueprint, Geoff spent more than a decade in the trenches of Democratic politics. He managed top-tier Congressional campaigns in New Jersey and Nevada and brought his on-the-ground expertise to races and organizations in New York, Michigan, Texas, and Massachusetts. In Washington, D.C., he worked at the DCCC on its Independent Expenditure and at MSHC Partners, where he spent five years crafting strategic digital and mail plans that helped candidates connect with voters—and win. Geoff launched his career with Massachusetts Congressman Michael Capuano, serving on his first congressional campaign and later in his Capitol Hill office.

A Montgomery County, Maryland native, Geoff nurtured a lifelong—and admittedly slightly obsessive—love for local sports teams. He’s a proud graduate of Boston University and lives in Bethesda with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons, James and Eli.
