Maya is a Senior Digital Fundraising Associate at Blueprint Interactive. She got her start in politics on the campaign trail, working to re-elect her hometown representative, Mikie Sherrill. She went on to join The Carter Center, where she supported nonpartisan election observation efforts both internationally and domestically. During the 2024 cycle, Maya was part of the team at House Majority PAC, helping win tough frontline congressional races nationwide. Outside of the political landscape, she has an extensive background in outdoor education. She has spent years taking high school students on backcountry trips across the globe, whether it’s kayaking around islands in the Ionian Sea or backpacking the peaks of Iceland.

Maya is a proud New Jersey native who graduated from Emory University with degrees in Sociology and Spanish. In her free time, she can be found going on agonizingly long runs in the DC swamp, making ample use of her AMC A-List membership, and reading all kinds of books.
